Day off taboo.

It all started off with the advent of this world  and will continue till the end of this world.  Survival began against the existence of one natural phenomenon in women life i.e. menstrual cycles, forcing females to change their life style and discomfort themselves in this male dominated society against a standard biological process that has drawn many negative stereotypical taboos on discussion and now-a-days an open conversation of women participation in the workplace is a heated topic on debate, women are biologically different and everyone needs to acknowledge this truth, it's a part of life that should never be shameful. Menstrual pain doesn't make women weaker,  it translate them into a much stronger person that they hardly realize they are bleeding down, a natural ocurring biological cycles that is not an illness, it's a routine pain which a women bears in personal and professional fronts. All this discussion on menstrual pain is for Menstural leave.... Yes that loaded term for the one who have never experienced severe cramps (dysmenorrhoea) of menstruals, the question of menstrual leave goes against the gender equality, people don't understand that their is a need for period leave such ignorance has converted biological process into stereotypical taboo. A day off to stabilize in severe cramps is a need of the healthy and happy women in working atmosphere it should be accepted as a part of life and for the best interest of female employees a paid sick leave should be an official norm  - A study has shown that nine out of ten women suffered period pain when they were at work while only 27% could tell their bosses about it.  Few countries have officially recognized the significance of mestural leave among them are Japan,  Taiwan, Indonesia, South Korea and Zambia. In India 'Culture Machine and Gossip' are two companies who came forward in support of paid day off for menstrual cycles so far. Study report predicts the future of working ladies in the society who in their usual routines don't skip any part of their work but rather forcefully accept the pain and challenges in this uncomfortable situation.

Multiple choices Vs Basic choices

The variation,  diversification and evolution are the core factors in growing India,  at present times modernization and industralization has transformed the face of traditional lifestyle forms. Changing trend mainly towards food habit has a huge imbalance effect, the food is the basic necessity of life and existence, we all need food to eat, to grow, to develop - physically, mentally, to work at our optimal capacity, to build our defense against infection and maintain good health but when our eating habits are effected everything are effected. It is often said that choices provides us options to pick up the best but more choices does not always mean better choice like the more demand for fast and processed foods, a substantial increase in the intake of fats and refined foods are leading to overnutrition related disorders such as obesity heart related diseases. Revolution in Indian history were adapted for growth and development purpose like green revolution emphasizing on cereal grains,  yellow revolution on oilseeds like groundnut, mustard, rapeseed,  soybeam,  sunflower, white revolution on milk and dairy products, the industrial revolution added processed and convenice food like pickles, pappad, bakery products largely available in the market which attract youths  who in their fast and forward life rely heavily on processed food for daily uses, and the national survey for rainbow revolution corresponds the same as well. Over the past few years, India has witnessed a proliferation of fine dining restaurants, cafes, pubs, bars, clubs, lounges, and international fast food joints, which have to come up to cater to the Millennials’ changing food habits. According to a survey in India, 34% of the people eat out two to three times a week, while 27% eat once a week, about 11% eat three or more times a week, 12% eat once a month, 3% eat on special occasions, while 12% love to eat daily at a restaurant. With time we came across many revolution in modern world, it offers diverse range and multiple choices but these choices fails to satisfy our basic choices where limited freshly prepared intake of food are the cornerstone of health and well-being.

An alarming concern

India is a land of god's and children are considered to be gift from god who are expected to be obedient, respectful, have virtues and good quality in them. On contrary the flip side of this reality in India is different, crimes committed by minors has increased manifold in country, we can say 'Crimes by juvenile is a harsh reality in India nowadays'. In recent times juvenile were found to be involved in most heinous of the crimes such as murder and gang rape. The new age children are fascinated towards latest technologies, gadgets,  new social media world, bombarded with information from various sources and with virtual world reality, all this has pave an overall increased rate of juvenile arrests and prosecutions in recent years. Recent study claiming societal pressures like drugs or poverty or aggressive enforcement and zero tolerance polices that lead to build footsteps for minors. Children are also quick to pick up on friction between adults, parents are often insensitive to the moral pitfalls of over-indulgence such an insensitive over indulgence stated by Dr.  Mittal in the case of a child, who had come to him for counselling five years ago. “Dheeraj, 12, had fired at one of his friends while they were both playing at the former’s house”. “Thankfully, nothing happened to the other child, but when his parents complained to Dheeraj’s parents, Dheeraj’s parents tried to shield him. When the school sent Dheeraj to me for counselling, I found that Dheeraj’s father had been teaching him how to shoot.”  Reports of many juvenile offenders confessions reported that they indulged in violence because they wanted to see what it felt like. The juvenile system in its greater emphasis on rehabillitation and prevention rather than punishment enforces minors to try criminal activities without knowing its consequences and effect. Recent school cases in various cities one after the other has shaken the government, parents,  guardians, school management. The reason behind such crimes set an alarming sound in the system, where minors turned the spotlight on the issue of juvenile crimes as horryfing future of the youth.
