Boosting self confidence

To the time I reached the spot….. it all just messed up!

Until I can go over, it took up a lot of time resulting in never acceptable outcome.

Take a time out from your daily chores and just observe your cat.
To your surprise, it is difficult to surprise him. Why? Because he has a natural gift of superior hearing, but not all of it. He moves well, using his senses fully. He is not preoccupied with irrelevancies. He's not thinking about his job or his image or his income tax. He is putting first things first, principally his physical security. Do likewise.

Concentrating sometimes to natural piece of living always make the consideration more reliable and relevant. This piece of observations will leave a spot of imagination in your mind somewhere. If it can happen with a cat who is naturally blessed with a sense of hearing, can still move ahead logically and smartly make's us realize that why can we act that smart and promptly, the only thing required is a sense of believe towards our hidden consciousness.

When someone tells me "no," it doesn't mean I can't do it, it simply means I can't do it with them. If 'yes' can motivate you then 'no' can push you harder with an immediate urge to win over it. A key survival of our liberty, is the kind of information we are used to and access on our daily bases for collecting and processing information and if we can gain any level of anticipation, perhaps we will be able to act instead of react.

Teaching derived from human or animals are all substantial, similarly deriving conclusion from cat's sense of approach can be effective and inspirational. Situational awareness is the cornerstone of all defensive training it facilitates conflict avoidance, or anticipation of the need to deploy a defensive tool. Self built strength and self built destruction are two sides of coin. The only matter of fact is reliance with your conscious and subconscious state of mind, and belief that you are worth defending.

The right of self-defense never ceases. It is among the most sacred, and alike necessary to nations and to individuals. The essential thing is to bear always in mind that trouble can appear at any time. Be aware. Be ready. Be alert.

Soo important to know in today's society is about your inner strength, self confidence. It's the way you hold yourself when you walk into a room. Every step you take is more sure and you're much more aware of your surroundings. Without that right sense of action and reaction, all other rights are meaningless.

It's better to avoid than to run, better to run than to de-escalate; better to de-escalate than to fight; better to fight than to die. The very essence of self-defense is a thin list of things that might get you out alive when you are already screwed. Stay safe and remember, the time chooses you, so you must choose to be ready.

Mobile Theatre Van

Entertainment, Entertainment, Entertainment........... a famous hindi movie dialogue say's it all about films and television, a source of entertainment since centuries marked the achievements in a remarkable way from all over the world and continues to hold a massive appeal. We are in a era of globalisation, modernisation, industrialization and new media communication where entertainment now showcases what the society needs,  demands and accepts, a new media is evolving with greater pace in modern world with new concepts.
Infotainment is one such new concept we see around us, entertainment -information in bulk volumes. Today's impatient and curious generation shows lesser involvement in traditional mediums but change of taste gave rise to new flavour as well, at the end all we want is to intake a lot of facts based informations with entertainment quotient among them.
One such accepted traditional medium available with us in India is Nukkad Natak, a hugely popular infotainment medium.  Live plays are demonstrated with live actors, props, location, audiences and most importantly a close eye contact with the audience providing instant feedback to a play performed live in a wayside,  streets, village markets,  open-air ground, fair-sites, country yards and other public areas.  We look upto it as a mode of interaction which is genuine, factual and communicable, thus perceiving the message in the minds of receiver.
In India, where we have a high degree of illetracy, poverty, and where people are deprived of any luxury see's theatre and a luxury, this kind of theatre will be versatile and adaptable, cheap and mobile to them. We can share socio-political awareness messages thus,  awakening the people to their fundamental and political rights on current bulging issues like communalism, terrorism, police atrocities, bride burning,  dowry system, caste inequalities, elections,  industrial and agricultural exploitation, alcoholism, illetracy, drug addiction and female feoticide.
Do you know Steet theatre is called mobile theatre medium?
Innovation is a key to successful business, incorporating traditional and modern innovation together does the wonders.  Mobile theatre medium is flexible and mobile and can reach to people who cannot go to the theatre. This,  fulfilling learning needs while encouraging and boosting participator spirit among people.
To educate and entertain rural India a new innovative approach opted now a day, where a mobile digital theatre is made on wheels.  A truck or van is basically an office,  movie theatre, market or information center, all together at one place for easy access and reach. Today the government is using this as service center and also an education centre. Gone are the days when people go to the theatre to watch films because it has a big screen.
Digiplex,  a mobile theatre vans, run by Picture Times,  India's mobile theatre van that educates and also entertains is such example. The revenue model for the digital theatre will be a ticket, which is priced at Rs 30-50. Advertising from government and private companies and marketplace are the other ways for revenue generation.
Discoveries and innovation has the potential to change the world,  while involving traditional medium in the present scenario according to its need and suitability will determine its presence. Mobile theatre in wheels has a long way to go as its beginning has shown a remarkable acceptance among people of rural India.

Legalizing marijuana

Bhaang, thandai, chillum, no Holi or Mahashivratri is complete in India without them, core heart festivals are celebrated in full swing with pile of joy and enthusiasm in India. Days were when sadhu's and god's smoke chillum and drink thandai for soothing sense of delightness and to maintain the aura of their high spirit and sanctity. Bharat is always a land of religious and traditional beliefs, culture and moral,  being aware of marijuana's benefits and accepting it boldly in social culture with its influencing effect with sense of users of former times, holding out cigarettes, empty them,  fill them,  smoke them and then blow them in air was the spunk of cigars in 80'd and 90's era. Then ever-changing decade came with the pot smoking era that reached the tipping point in every nook and cranny of the country implementing it knowingly or unknowingly to certain their inquisitive desires.
Marijuana refers to dried leaves, flowers,  stems and seeds from the Cannabis indica plant, perfectly herbal in nature with medically proven health benefits and having characteristics for various ailments and disease including cancer, AIDS,  glaucoma. With so many medically proven health benefits it stands unhealthy at the same time if marijuana is used as an addictive substance.
The unparalleled debate on its addiction and health benefits mark a question on it acceptance or rejection status. Legalizing marijuana is need of an hour as the rate of marijuana had increased for all age groups not considering it's physical and mental stress in daily life.  Just like almost everybody smokes in India but hush not a word to anybody in society or poke them not to its consequences, although it is almost available at every cigarette and paan shack. The stance of holding the king-sized rolling paper portrays style statement of youths which is trending at fastest pace now a days.  Regular addiction of marijuana indulges people in marijuana offences as repetitive use of harder and more harmful drugs such as heroine and cocaine carry harsh penalties and undue social harm with life long consequences which seek the legalization of marijuana.  Legalization would logically end the discussion for such criminal behavior, without any such legal efforts the dynamics of overall development and growth of nations will lack behind resulting into its devastating outcome of defeat.
United States states marijuana as an illegal drug while Canada has just legalized marijuana. Countries with different norms legalize more or less marijuana accepting it rejecting it's pros and cons and impact on society. Legalizing advocates say cannabis is safer than alcohol various studies suggest marijuana is no harmful to a person health than alcohol or tobacco, which are both legal and widely used, and regulated by the U. S.  Food & Drug Administration.
Legalization not only regulate criminal offence but will boost medical alterations in many ways.  When people begin using marijuana as teenager,  the drug may impair thinking, memory and learning functions and effect how the brain builds connection between areas necessary for these functions. Marijuana overactives the part of the brain that contain higest number of receptors, changes in mood and impaired body movement, difficulty with thinking and problem solving, hallucinations, delusions,  psychosis, breathing problems, increases heart rate, problems with child development during and after pregnancy, intense nausea and vomiting.
An instinct blur image towards legalizing marijuana nationally is required for procurement as there are some places famous for it: Kerala, Meghalaya, Manipur, Kashmir, Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Mysuru even Bihar. In Odisha, it is relatively more acceptable and easier to procure. People in India on festival celebration uses it as a part of fest where bhang balls are being served on a silver platter. It was a part of traditional and local hospitality, in India keeping the law aside.  In status conscious Delhi,  smoking expensive hashish has become a form of conspicuous consumption, much like the iPhone X.  It's the contemporary equivalent of what the single malt used to be. Nowhere it is stated to ban marijuana, it's use procure it's reach to places, legalizing marijuana will give it a status and norm for judicial procurement in nation and it's high rate of unethical use can be restricted to maintain its herbal quality and essence.

Black Day

Right to Dignity, Right to Peace, all we want that all we desire. Entertainment on its row with back back blockbuster success,  surfaced the country with new zeal, "How's the Josh" and Apna time ayega", blockbuster motto delivered in movies with different agendas but common emotions of self-pride and victory, flooded the country with high spirited Josh, no matters what come in our way,  the Josh is unstoppable.
An emotional moment to penned down on a sudden terror attack on 14 Feb in a country, changed the day of love into a Black Day,  a henious crime in Pulwama District,  Srinagar on 14 Feb killing 40 CRPF jawans by Pakistan and demand for Justice by hook or crook. Country is waiting for Indian Government next step against Pakistan and terrorist. All voices yelled together "Give It Back - Fight Back", raising the slogan 'apna time ayega' and give it back.
The whole country stood together, cried together, yelled together for Justice against such coward attack. From every corner of the world heartfelt messages are pouring on social media, a new era can be witnessed, how the people are reacting and not shutting themselves away.
'Actions speak louder than words' and that what everyone is demanding against Pakistan. A home of terrorist should be shunned in their cheap tactics of harming India despite in self development and growth.
The whole nation was with all the martyred jawans family and in their pain.  All cities had a candle march,  markets were remained close, donations from all over the world came for jawans family, from children to celebrities,  senior citizens all donating their bit to support the jawans families who lost their families to save our families.

Censorship

What is right or wrong? What to do or not?  Some questions are never justified, we  can only argue in favor or against to support are fact.  Reality check on tons of facts are reviewed to cater in this real world where the generation grow with ever changing and multiple mindset. For fixing the content, the minds are not in hands of anyone - What we see and what we behold is totally individual take on their exposure and mentality. An artistic field is a  clear example of changing scenario of the society, the changes can be observed extensively, nothing can be implemented into the head of anyone nowadays.
Freedom of expression, guaranteed by our constitution to every individual but at the same time places certain restriction on the inflow of content, with a view towards maintaining communal and religious harmony in the nation. Different media platform including speech,  books,  music,  fims,  and other sets,  the press,  radio, television and the internet if considers anything objectionable or threatens the unity,  integrity, defence,  security or sovereignty of India, or to control obscenity, child pornography and hate speech to protect children or other vulnerable groups, to promote or restrict political and religious views and to prevent slander and libel,  friendly relation with foreign states or public order is examined and censored brutally citing a fire in the public provoking debate. We are free to everything in this democratic nation but restricted at the same time.
George R. R. Martin quotes " When you tear out a man's tongue' you are not proving him a liar, you are only telling the world that you fear what he might say. "
Tear or Fear is a new world motto, various taboos cite the minds indulging them to open up and change the rigid mentality, where restriction ignite the actions compelling to take their own way.
It's not new in the market but last year pompulas debate on censorship status clearly state the changing trend with the new media placing the most popular jargon of nowadays. In the speed of terabytes/ seconds writer,  critique, blogger, philosopher, promoter dissiminate and exchange opinion,  idea etc,  just a click away.  Tech savvy generation with Tech savvy gadget doesn't need guidelines to be accessed what if we are judged with everything we discover or invent.  Movies come and go,  but the impact are build in the mind of viewer's, forcing them to practice such appropriate and inappropriate stuff.  Recent movies and web content is highly intended with broad minded issue,  showcasing adultery content, taking into intense content into head of children, youth indulging into non relevant stuff. What you desire to see is available in seconds in your mobile phone, just a click away. Availability is need of an hour,  direction to diverge our energies and what to grasp and implement is the debate. We cannot restrict what and how to access, we can only guide what can be accessed
Mark Twain suggest "Censorship is telling a man he can't have a steak,  just because a baby can't chew it. "
Here man and the baby are metaphor for mature and immature mental ability, respectively.
Can't  close eyes to stop watching any stuff,  can't control the minds in what direction it leads,  conversation has become a greater tool for change than censorship. People today are more aware of their rights to speak,  to know, to watch.  It should be the other way round instead of letting the government and the board decide what is moral and immoral, the society itself decide what is good and what is harmful for the sake of protection of the moral standards of today and the innocence of the young as well as developed mind.  Gone are the days when people would settle for  the "beeps" and "blur" today are living in the century of UN-CUT and UN-inhibited. The common man has become more sensible regarding the choices they have.  This discussion would be endless,  solution may be visible or blur but the endeavour to protect the speech shall be continued with parallel joy.

Travel ban

Developed countries are compelled to ill-treat other countries by executing extensive background security checks and vetting protection measures organized and monitored under countries government authority. A hard hit valient agreement by United States Trump government's on Travel Ban in nation has invited dis-agreement against some muslim countries. We can call it Travel  ban or Muslim Travel Ban both are fitting correct in the frame against muslim majority countries Libya, Iran, Somalia,  Syria and Yemen, North Korea and Venezuela who are under travel ban scanner since last year raised by US.
A Muslim advocate state 'It goes to the heart of the question of whether this ban is actually intended to advance national security or whether it's intended to shut Muslim's out of the United States'. Context favouring travel ban are many and similarly many contextual facts are available not favouring travel ban.  Trump's travel ban to muslin majority countries is a suspection of mere diversions of immigrants and non-immigrants visa holders.
People having cross border connection in personal and professional terms are facing unbearable inconvenience. A nation to ban countries on travel not only disturb political and social grounds but also effect economic, moral, social, cultural terms of nations present and future generations. The travel ban is in full effect, railroad non-US citizens to pack their bags and flew back to their countries or travel ban will hamper their visas.
What does this mean for you if your family member is a resident from one of the banned countries?
What does this mean to youth studying in US from one of the banned countries?
A major hitch to time long students originally from one of the banned countries looses golden opportunity to study in US. Trump administration has worsened the long-estranged relations between the United States and Iran,  where thousands of Iranians come to United States to study. Defendants are targeting individuals for discriminatory treatment based on their country of origin or nationality,  without any lawful justification.
The US Supreme Court upheld the ban,  known as Presidential Proclamation 9645, in June.  To fight for your case - YOU fight for your rights and your opportunity to get a visa,  why you should be allowed to enter United States despite the travel ban restrictions. The proclamation provides to qualify for a waiver to show why you should be an exception to the travel ban which cause undue hardship and does not pose a national security threat and that a visa approval would be in a 'national interest'. Within days of proclamation going into effect, many applicants whose applications were denied and eligibility for a waiver would not be considered are thus at a loss for what to do as there's a great deal of confusion and ambiguity.
Reports of first month Travel Ban 3.0 proposes, 8400 individuals applied for visas,  while only an estimated 100 waiver were granted.  Visas that allow permanent settlement in the US (generally called immigrants ) are banned across the board for nationals of Iran,  Libya, North Korea,  Somalia,  Syria and Yemen. The travel ban is in full effect where countries cannot be given visas and they are not allowed to enter the United States. Is it for Unites states robustness or an action toward muslin majority countries progressively worse state.
Travelling is a mode of exchange of ideas,  cultural,  moral,  social values,  bonding over political, economic, climatic,  infrastructural development. A progressive attempt of nations in strengthing cross border relations with neighbouring and developed countries is merely invisible in US bans. Travel ban will might benefit US in some way but will surely drift a bar of negligence over origin, religion, color, borders and hidden parameters. Supporting countries during national disaster condition sets a high standard and build a road way for friendly long journey but US being a prominent nation indulging in serious travel ban caters seclusion. Your take on this sensitive issue will voice for banned nations stressing mobility and peace.
